Floaty Shawl II
I made this:

After blocking, it looked like this:

The wool is glorious, though a bit scratchy on the skin.

And I'm working on a dark green version of a scarf called Kvothe.

And a Slytherin scarf:

Oh, wonderful! And the Kvothe has exactly my favourite colour :-) Too bad about the scratchiness on the skin though, but I suppose you will wear it over a blouse or shirt anyway. I hope the scarf has a comfy feel-wool ....!?

I love the Kvothe's colour. <3 It's a bit greener than it seems on the picture IRL, at least on my screen, but it's a wonderful dark bottle green colour (and really soft Merino wool, too).

The scarf at the top is made from a Schoppelwolle Zauberball, they are softer to the touch than they are on your neck, I find, and the Slytherin scarf is made from the remaining "Belday Home" Woolworth acrylic yarn that I bought a while back and really soft and warm.

It seems that those greens are a difficult colour to show on the computer screen - it is the same with the picture of my jacket, the colour does not come across quite right ;-) ... but ah, those "bottle" or as I call them "sea" greens.... so beautiful!

Oh, that shawl is lovely! Both the colours and the pattern. The green of the Kvothe is beautiful, too.

I'm still stuck with a pair of unfinished leg warmers, because I had to take the tiny needles and it just takes forever to knit.
