It is, it is, but no one realises it is. They made it more than plain that this case was one in a million and therefore of no importance for them, that there is no need for putting any effort into this case as they are overworked as it is. At least that's what the last lady, the one who escorted us out, made it sound like. Their attitude makes it sound as though there was really no way in the world they'd ever be able to find this envelope again - that it's probably gone for good and therefore they needn't spend time with it.

And since I have no means of proving that I handed in the thing because there was no possibility for me to obtain one (and I even asked!!), there is nooo hope, and they don't have to waste their time on it, and won't. (WON'T. Now, please leave, pesky, annoying little underling.)

I love them.
