Speaking as someone who last summer, spent all her time in the flat in a teeny-tiny pair of shorts and a strappy top (normally rolled up to just under my bra) with a fan directed on to her and an ice pack for good measure - I can empathise! We have no insulation, so in winter it's almost colder than outside and in summer it's way hotter!
