It SO is! Our cat always does that with the dog's food. He has his own food, he doesn't even like the dog food, but he stil HAS to eat from our dog's bowl first, while our dog stands by with a sheepish look on his face. Because he can and he's the boss of the food bowls, just so we're clear. :D
