I've actually always liked Harry and Ginny winding up together, but Hermione and Ron never worked as well for me. Harry/Hermione isn't a bad match at all, but Harry/Ginny is a better one, IMO. Hermione, I think, would want to settle down with someone eventually... Viktor Krum, maybe? I always liked Viktor.
