My day has been great so far (except for the washing my hair part because I made it huge last night for disco and used loads of spray and brushed a lot in the wrong direction and woke up again with some kind of huge rasta...*g*). Actually, it is the day I wanted: nice and quiet. We were out for Chinese food and Julius and I are currently baking a parrot cake. You've gotta google for it! It looks SO cool! I hope to be able to go for a long walk in the forrest together with him and probably even rent the video Plan 9 from outer space but we are SOOOO tired. We'll see!
Glad to hear that you had the kind of day you wanted, in spite of the rasta, maybe, which does not sound particularly nice at all! :)
I've never seen a parrot cake, to be honest, and Google does not seem to be particularly helpful, either, if it's not a cake that looks like a parrot (http://pappagallo.com.hk/icecreamcake/photo/bc330_372/bc005_330x372.jpg) or one that has a parrot on it.
