Thanks! Yes, I did, I received a camera as a surprise gift this Christmas.

Well... I got a card form Hannah, which is cute and was made at kindergarten. And money from my mum. So...gonna buy my presents myself.

I love those cards kids make in kindergarten - we made them with the kids when I was doing my first internship, and they turned out great.

Yeah, I am. I was very worried about how things would actually turn out to be this year, since in the last weeks there had been lots of tension and arguing, now even between mum and me, but Christmas itself is actually quite ok, so far. Thank god. We're switching between mum's and grandma's place mostly, this time. - Is Crocky with you? :)

What a nice present, btw.! - I got myself a tripod this year, so as of now, I'm also fully equipped, photo-wise. :)

It's good to hear that your Christmas has been working out fine so far!

Nah, Crocky is in Hesse. Who can blame her - the last time I spent Christmas there was eerily like something out of a fairy tale, what with singing together around the tree for hours and genuinely happy people who were all ecstatic about getting to spend some time together. None of the good Christmas traditions of stressed, snappy relatives cramped together in a room, not talking in Hesse, they're all really weird. <3

Hey, my brother got a tripod, too, I'll still be stealing my mother's. :D
