mothwing: "I can't be having with this" next to the grim looking face of Granny Weatherwax (Granny)

You say it as though it's a bad thing...

"A new way of thinking"? Now, we can't be having with that, indeed.

Best laugh I had since NOM's Gathering Storm ad with their rainbow coalition - the ads this organisation makes increase my suspicion that they are an organisation of IRL trolls who are secretly supporting LGBT people.

Oh, that thing just rocks, especially the acting of the unhappy husband in the moustache.

I thing children were confused too when they found out it is no longer a good idea to burn witches.
Where would we be if we never change things children are confused about?

Apparently, we would be happier. :P Funny they should choose children for the confused part - I got confused when my mother told me that the Easter Bunny does not exist, and I got confused about the way an "R" should be facing. In my experience, children are easily confused and far less unhappy about it than adults - and in kindergarten, the kid's coping mechanism was to think hard and concentrated or play around with the thing that was giving them trouble until they had figured something out, and they were proud as hell as soon as they had and announced their solution to everyone around them.

Oh yes, it's so important to remember that the Almighty Creator hard-wired our perception of sexual orientation into our genes which have remained blissfully unchanged since humanity's creation 6,000 years ago. If we start tampering with things, why, in no time flat we'll have evolution on our hands.

Don't go confusing the poor people on my flist with such big words, especially not the name of such an unfounded myth as... well. The E-word.
