I must have missed the post telling you were travelling there, but I haven't even caught up with everything before we left ourselves, and am now trying to at least catch up with everthing since.
Anyhoo, these are most beautiful! ♥ I love the clear, powerful lines you have in each single pic, and the wonderful light you caught.

I started the project of posting my mountain of pictures before catching up myself, so I still have to catch up with my flists travels, too. :)

Thank you so much for the compliment! :)

*Yeah* - when you wrote about Liverpool Cathedral I had assumed you meant the Anglican one ;-)); us and our friends being Catholic, we have visited the Catholic one and I loved it; so glad you did not miss this one either!!

We didn't get round to seeing the Anglican one, unfortunately, we got too wrapped up in that modern construction. We were also a bit surprised to find such a huge, prominent catholic church in Liverpool. The Anglican church is on our list for next time, though. :)

*gg* We did no either - we just passed it... But we had visited so many Anglican cathedrals during the vacation, we were certainly glad about the Catholic one.

When we met our friends in NC, USA, in the Catholic mass, that had been such a surprise for both parties: we had assumed as English colleagues of my husband they would be Anglican, and they had assumed as Germans we would be Lutheran ;-) We both learned than that there is quite a sizable number of Catholics in both countries *gg*
