Fort William II
Friday, March 10th, 2006 10:23 pmBlegh, I feel insufficient. I have to take a course in photography (no news there).
Apart from that, I have been battling with this uni computer for hours now, trying to get it to upload the pictures I wanted to show people. But it didn't work, so I have to try again later.
Some of them can be found at bugbitten.com, others I'll show to you here. They've all got different sizes, so I'll go and resize- Oh, hey, wait, I couldn't do that, anyway, because this ruddy computer does not have the programs. Whee.
So, here goes.
1.) The Ben Nevis range
2.) From top
3.) Another from top
4.) Down in glen
5.) River Nevis
6.) Mountain range in river
7.) Pretty blue water
8.) Loch Linnhe
9.) Another of Loch Linnhe
Sigh. I wish I could make better pictures. Well, the weather wasn't perfect, either.
And I guess I just did not take the best pictures I saw. But that doesn't really matter, because those I will remember forever, along with all other untaken pictures.
Well, now I have to try and prize Crocky free from her flirt with a guy who calls himself "Nicholas Flamel". I guess I hate him. He's one of the Mods on a role-playing board.
An utterly Sue-infested role-playing board full of people who are covered in scars, are halves of pretty much every species there is, including vampires (thanks, Blade. Due to you, we have people who are half dead). Strangely, however, there are no half-centaurs. But half-veelas galore. And one guy who believes he is Harry. And another who cannot also apparate in Hogwarts, but also pesters everyone with his friggin' annoying cross-over character. Who is a werewolf. He pretends to be 35 and married, but as far as I can see, 13 and bored is far more likely.
Alright, then. Off to a pretty FULL weekend. There's a concert tomorrow, too. Sigh. And work. Nothing new.
Have a nice weekend!

Date: Friday, March 10th, 2006 10:54 pm (UTC)I absolutely love them. They're as stunning as that tour itself must´ve been. ;)
Seems your cam even has some sortuva "panorama mode" or something, doesn´t it? Just great...
But I do keep missing you online, didn´t know that library was still open that late...

Next will be Edinburgh then... :)
*hugs*

Thanks for loving them. :)

Date: Saturday, March 11th, 2006 07:46 pm (UTC)Well, it´s 6 years ago that I took them, but still...
With the new camera I wrote you about, which mum bought me, they look so different though. Tried that out a few days ago. They indeed look like I COULD take pictures... ;)
Yours again are just beautiful. So nothing to thank me for. It´s just the truth. ;)

Date: Sunday, March 12th, 2006 01:30 pm (UTC)Another water-obsessed! Crocky's the same. You can tell the difference of her pictures and mine by the amount of water which is in them.
Mine: 3/4 sky, clouds, sigh...
Hers: 3/4 water, waves, shore, sigh... Tehe.
