I never realised how easy it is to do tasty things with white mushrooms
All you need are mushrooms. You de-stem them, lightly roast the chopped stems, add whatever else you want to be stuffing it with, add salt and pepper, stuff the mushrooms, cover with cheese and bread crumbs, if you feel like it, and grill them at 250°C for ten minutes. Takes all of fifteen minutes, and the result is really tasty.
Today, we made stuffed spinach bacon mushrooms with cheese, and as soon as I can get hold of similarly big mushrooms again I'll be making a vegetarian, all-spinach variety. Nom.

I know they don't look all that appetizing, but they are. <3
