Her talks remind me a lot of the posts fatness you made or linked to on your LJ (http://lordhellebore.livejournal.com/550248.html), especially concerning the whole "good-" vs. "badness" thing and the moral edge that seems to have to it.

There is a whole complex if immoral associations coming with being fat: lazy, gluttonous, sloppy, not caring about self - and who can care about others if he can't even take care of himself? To refer to food in terms of morality only makes sense, since it is considered the thing that makes people fat.
Absolutely, as well as the "liar"/honesty-aspect that you posted about - the moral overtones are insane.
All this energy that goes into forcing women to be more self-controlled when it comes to their food-intake, sex or their looks rather than to exert control over any more interesting part of their life is scary.
