I posted it because I found it and reading that part of the poem for some reason gave me all sorts of unrequited!Irma/Pomona feelings. A lonely Irma sitting outside remembering a talking-to from Dumbledore (on the subject of love and the solace to be found in it) after he died, trying to get in touch with nature to feel closer to a disinterested Pomona.

(I've been itchy to, but anything I sit down an type ends up to sound so feeble I give up. I'll try again in the holidays when I have more time and room in my head for anything but school.)

I'm working on two stories at the moment and keep having that feeling as well; every time I'm tempted to scrap everything but one of them is a few thousand words long and the other I'm not sure I could do better. Very disheartening. Now that I'll be in school-brain as well, I'm hoping the holidays will be a writing time for me too!

(Although honestly I really wanted to write TWW smut! Bad Kiwibird.)
