Alas, [livejournal.com profile] crocky_wock , where are you?

She has been killed by the other trombonists, I just know it. Or she has been forced to binge-drink with Michael, who maybe has turned up drunk to the rehearsal yet again. Brass sectionals are not doing her any good!

So, what am I doing, now that my girlfriend has been taken from me? Have a good time? Noo. I will plan her birthday present. So there.

This weekend is going to be rather relaxed, apart from the upcoming tests and a psy lab report I have to finish (which is plain annoying. Working Memory tests. Gah.).

I am still working on my strange novella about a rather boring character who has a rather boring life. A female teenager in an unnamed suburbia, trying to find herself and to redefine herself. Not much, ey?
Makes me wish I had had courses in creative writing and drives me nuts, as usual. But so far, it's coming along quite nicely and the guys of my Creative Writing society (who are frightfully, frightfully good) approved, which is probably good.
Well, and there's the permanently unfinished Fantasy story I have been working on for what, nearly six years now. Wow, what a long time. But it's been buried in a cupboard for at least three of those, so it's not really that impressive. That one is being kicked into a completely new shape at the moment and makes me wish I had taken a Creative Writing course. And drives me crazy.

Oh, and there are pictures of the recent cold snap here. Yes, more trees. I have no real explanation for that sudden fixation.

So, off to try and find out what happened to my girlfriend. And to do some shopping in case I don't find her.
