Overcoming my natural passivity in the right situations.

I completely fail to plan my life constantly.

Hm, there is always what I think is your average depression. But apart from that - nothing serious.

11. What was the best thing you bought?
Railway tickets to Hesse.

More or less all my family's and friend's for being open-minded in the right moments.

My relationship.

16. What song will always remind you of 2004?
Good question. "Leaving on a Jet Plane", "My Immortal", "Die Bahn Kommt"...

More confused. Even less focused on what I want to do with my life. But not happier or sadder.

18. What do you wish you'd done more of?
Make sensible decisions.

19. What do you wish you'd done less of?
Moping about, being depressed.

20. How will you be spending Christmas?
This year? Dunno. I'll be in Scotland.

Uhm... I fell even deeper in love with someone I already loved. Does that count?

Knowing where I was going and what was the right thing for me. Something I still want and won't get.

33. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2004?
The abandonement of any fashion concept in favour of really baggy things which are comfy, making me look rather... horrible.

Come what may, people are more open-minded than one might think.

40. Quote a song lyric that sums up your year.
I can never think of lyrics in situations like these.

Happy new year to all of you, again. :)

Had to stay home today because of a persistend cold.

Thinking about 2004 is depressing, in spite of all the good things which have happened. I have the feelings that I have achieved... more or less nothing. In academical terms. Learned too little, been too lazy... And I still don't know what I can do with my life. Or should. Sigh.

Hun, try one day at a time. Seriously. Life might wait for no one, but it also won't do any different if you stress about it. Take a deep breath and do what you want/need to do, and along the way take a walk in the sunshine or play in the rain. It's the little things that you'll remember later, I promise. :)

*hugs* and take care!

Yeah, don't worry about not accomplishing much over the past year. I feel that I didn't do anything monumental myself, but there are things that were impacting that you might not have noticed that others might have. And there is always hope and excitement for another year. Like Rocky said, take every day as it comes, and enjoy it for what it is.

Take care now. :)

Lots of love and best (belated) wishes for the new year to you! :)
