I shall try with the fandoms I'm familiar/slightly familiar with!:

1. Nanny Ogg or the bloke in charge whose name begins with a V (as you can tell, I'm not that familiar with this fandom!)

2. McGonagall, because I know you admire her, not sure if she's your favourite but I'm going to guess her.

4. Miss Hardbroom, because I think you said so once.

Re: No. 8 - because she is one of my favourites (I didn't do this meme as I realised I couldn't pick just one favourite in most of the fandoms I love!), she's strong, noble & kicks witchking butt. I thought her journey might have struck a chord with you. :o)
