Had to google who Jeff is, as I've never gotten past the first episode of Coupling, that's not surprising (can you recommend it?). I like the look of him, though.<3

And Angua - given what they did to Lupin I should probably count my blessings because she's at least got fur!

Coupling is...kind of like Friends, but actually funny. I enjoyed it, although it has some annoying aspects and some of the characters are rather irritating (Jeff is...um, wow, I don't know how to describe Jeff. Utterly sex-obsessed and clueless and kind of horrible, but in a somewhat endearing way?). It's a particular kind of humor.

I'd give it a few episodes.

I think I have a fairly specific mental image of Angua as being--pretty and statuesque, but in a kind of unstudied outdoorsy way that's sort of overshadowed by the more intimidating aspects of her personality. Also, wavy hair, but I dunno where that came from and it may even be contradicted by the books.

Ok, that is fairly specific. I don't think we know whether her hair is wavy or not, though. We do know it's blond and shiny (due to Willard's "Good Girl" Flea Shampoo). I only picture her vaguely as a muscular and outdoorsy blonde with a rather threatening smile, but I never really managed to get a fixed image of her.

I'll try to give it a few episodes, then.

Also, isn't her wolf form sort of blond-ish? Anyway, I guess the Angua in the preview looks a bit more polished than I imagine her.

Oh, and a heads-up on Coupling: one of the characters is bisexual and also pretty much bonkers (in a fairly annoying way). The association really frustrated me at times.
