Christmas Eve, alone

Crocky's conducting a church service and I chose to stay home in the warmth, lazy that I am, because her choir is in the middle of nowhere. We'll attend midnight mass and listen to parts of Bach's Christmas oratio together, though. I'm looking forward to that, because we don't get much time together this Christmas, what with work and parental visits.

I decided against Christmas cards this year because Christmas was upon us before I had written them. So no cards this year, I'm afraid.

And no worries about the Christmas cards, either. Mum just as well didn’t write any this year, for the same reason. :)
I in fact didn’t realize it really was Christmas until we all went to grandma’s place on Christmas Eve. That was the first taste I really got of Christmas, with the decorations and all.
As for how it all went this year, well, Christmas Eve at grandma’s was not all too bad I have to say. On Dec. 25, I was down with a migraine, so that admittedly was hell. Yesterday, I met with mum alone to spend the evening with her and have some tea together. So apart from the migraine it was quite decent this time around. :)
