Apparently, people of my race like this (anyone else think that this blog is often really self-congratulatory rather than satiric? I'd have hoped for more satire), so I thought I'd give it a try. It turned out very tasty, and now I'm wondering what other kinds of spreads and dips there are that could be tasty - I'm thinking about giving mushroom dip a price.
Anyone want to share a recipe? I'd be grateful.

Date: Thursday, February 4th, 2010 09:05 am (UTC)Hummus is extremely delicious, though. Many people who like hummus also like baba ganoush (I don't). I'm really fond of tzatziki, though. I make a super-simple one with just plain yogurt, cucumber, garlic, and a pinch of salt, but there are more elaborate recipes out there.

Hmm, yeah, I'm not sure tzatziki would taste good without the garlic. I'm trying to think of other dips....
