mothwingI think the prettiest font that I have ever seen in my life is the font used in the "Red" Carroux-translated 1990ies Klett-Cotta edition of Lord of the Rings (ISBN 360895855X) and I found people discussing which font it is.
They think it's ITC Weidemann LT Book Regular, and this looks about right.
